Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling assets and establishing action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Assume responsibility of the entire store in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Train and evaluate store personnel; provide guidance to employees and customers as needed.
• Monitor inventory, sales, and expenses to ensure profitability in all departments.
• Direct staff to ensure departmental responsibilities and standards are met.
• Maintain customer service quality and assist during peak periods.
