• Provide guidance to employees and customers in all departments.
• Monitor inventory movement and expenses to support profitability.
• Deliver extraordinary customer service per the customer service manual.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by Hibbett I City Gear.
• Uphold company policies and internal controls, reporting fraud risks as needed.
