Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 2+ years’ experience in retail leadership as an Assistant Manager or Department a plus.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; College degree a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Able to respond to store alarm problems as needed.
• Lifting between 15-30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in maintaining store cleanliness and standards.
• Set up sales promotions with proper signage promptly.
• Process register functions and ensure policy compliance.
• Lead merchandise presentation per Visual Merchandising standards.
• Drive sales and store profitability toward goals.
• Train associates in register and Aptos functions.
• Protect company funds according to policy.
