SNIPES USA in Batesville, MS is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the store team in the absence of the Store Manager. You will oversee daily operations, sales floor execution, customer service, and cash handling to meet company standards.

Requirements include 2+ years of retail leadership, a high school diploma (college degree a plus), excellent communication, and the ability to stand for long shifts while lifting 15–30 pounds.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Able to respond to store alarm problems as needed.
• Strong drive to achieve results.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in ensuring store meets company standards for cleanliness and presentation.
• Set up sales/promotions with proper signing in a timely manner.
• Process register functions and ensure proper procedures are followed.
• Demonstrate timely execution of floor sets and promotions.
• Direct and maintain merchandise presentation according to Visual Merchandising standards.
• Communicate customer merchandise needs and ensure assortment meets demand.
• Monitor markdowns and transfers to ensure timely completion.
• Drive sales and profitability by achieving store and individual goals.
• Relay store goals to team and maximize contributions to the sales plan.
• Train associates in register and Aptos functions when needed.
• Secure Company funds as outlined in policy.
