Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with overall store operations, merchandising, and customer service.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to establish action plans for selling, restocking, and scheduling.
• Assume store responsibilities in Store Manager’s absence and support personnel recruiting, training, and evaluation.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments as needed.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure department goals and standards are met.
• Keep Store Manager informed about inventory movement and customer trends.
• Maintain quality customer service per company manuals and policies.
