Responsibilities

Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring customer service and smooth operations.
Manage staffing, scheduling operations and payroll.
Train and develop non-management staff.
Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
Build and maintain visual displays.
Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
Operate Register/Point of Sale systems and fulfill OMNI Channel orders.
