Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling the assets of Hibbett I City Gear.
• Consult with Store Manager on action plans to accomplish selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Assume responsibility of the entire store in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Lead staff to ensure each department's responsibilities and standards are met.
• Maintain inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Ensure quality customer service is maintained per manuals.
• Produce extraordinary customer service during peak periods.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise provided by Hibbett I City Gear.
