Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling store assets and daily operations.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to set action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Lead in the Store Manager's absence and ensure continuity of leadership.
• Support in recruiting, training, and evaluating store staff.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales, and expenses to support profitability.
• Direct staff to meet department responsibilities and standards.
