Qualifications

• Experience working in a retail environment, preferably in footwear and athletic apparel.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling assets and executing action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Serve customers, promote merchandise, and provide extraordinary customer service.
• Supervise store operations in the Store Manager’s absence and train/guide staff as needed.
