Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Assume store responsibility in the Store Manager’s absence.
• Assist in establishing action plans for departmental and store responsibilities.
• Participate in recruiting, training, and evaluating personnel.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to support profitability.
• Direct staff to meet department responsibilities and standards.
• Keep Store Manager informed about inventory movement and customer trends.
• Ensure quality customer service per manuals.
• Provide extraordinary customer service and promote services/merchandise.
