Responsibilities

• Support Store Director and ASM to drive profitability through brand-aligned operations.
• Own designated areas such as Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, and Service.
• Manage store operations, systems and technology with accountability.
• Assist with recruiting, training and development as needed.
• Foster a collaborative environment and ensure best-in-class customer service.
• Lead product knowledge sessions to strengthen customer connections.
• Create community engagement initiatives and loyalty-building events.
