You will recruit, train, and engage team members, oversee scheduling and payroll, and partner with leadership to grow the store team while upholding the brand culture and values. This role emphasizes internal promotion and career growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1 year supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong customer focus and service orientation.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines and supervise store operations.
• Oversee salesfloor and stockroom to ensure excellent service and seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling and payroll management.

• Demonstrate product knowledge and drive sales through brand awareness.
• Build and maintain visual displays to reflect brand standards.
• Analyze reporting to inform business decisions.
• Protect store assets and manage inventory control.
• Operate POS systems and fulfill Omni Channel orders.
