Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a store supervisor in Lynnfield, MA to lead daily operations, open and close routines, supervise the sales floor and stockroom, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will handle staffing and scheduling, payroll, and training for non-management staff, while driving sales through product knowledge and maintaining brand standards.

Visual displays, reporting insights, and safeguarding store assets are also core duties. Starting rate: $22.00 per hour.

Qualifications
