Job summary

Madison LLC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Eden Prairie, MN to drive sales and nurture a high-performing team. You will help shape store strategy, oversee opening/closing, inventory, and merchandising while modeling excellent customer service.

You will guide staff, coach performance, and collaborate with the Store Manager on recruitment and onboarding. This role requires 32–40 hours per week with a focus on results.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience required, ideally 1+ years in assistant manager duties.
• Strong sales focus and coaching ability to develop the team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency with POS systems and common software (MS Word/Excel).
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and use ladders if needed.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales goals and develop sales skills among team members.
• Devise and implement sales strategies to optimize revenue and customer experience.
• Capture and manage client information with care and address objections.
• Maintain store housekeeping and visual merchandising standards.
• Assist Store Manager in coaching, onboarding, and recruitment processes.
