Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of experience in retail or store operations.
• Proficient in operating store systems and executing operational tasks.
• Detail-oriented with strong execution of store components.
• Strong critical thinking to drive execution.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales plan and develop associates using company tools.
• Identify performance gaps with reporting tools and address them.
• Coach associates to support growth and maintain a motivating environment.
• Recruit talent with Store Manager collaboration.
• Spend majority on the sales floor and maintain customer relationships.
• Ensure brand standards, merchandising, and promotions are executed.
• Keep product knowledge up-to-date using learning tools.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed and communicate brand strategy.
