Job summary

Fabletics is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Park Meadows store in Lone Tree, CO. You will lead with the Store Manager, drive sales and the omnichannel experience, and coach a team to deliver top customer interactions.

You will partner with leadership to exceed KPIs, manage daily store activities, and ensure merchandising and safety standards are met while supporting events and promotions to engage customers.

Qualifications

• 1-year minimum of management experience within a retail environment.
• Familiar with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and work well under pressure.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and operational excellence at the Park Meadows location.
• Train store Associates and prepare them to engage customers effectively.
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store through events and promotions.
• Manage daily activities and align with company goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager.
• Maintain merchandising guidelines to make the store easy to shop.
• Provide feedback to improve the business across levels.
• Meet store objectives for performance, productivity and quality.
• Maintain safety and security standards and manage inventory unpacking.
