Job summary

rocketcareersite is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Colorado to support store operations and lead in the Store Manager's absence. You will help customers, build relationships, and maintain a positive store environment.

The role requires strong leadership and communication skills and flexibility for varied shifts. The position includes a benefits package with health coverage, 401K, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience as a Supervisor or Team Lead in retail.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull a minimum of 20 lbs.
• Be able to stand/walk for at least 8 hours.
• Able to work irregular shifts, including weekends, overnights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in all store operations when needed.
• Ensure a safe and customer-focused environment in the store.
• Assist customers in the purchase of products and develop customer connections.
• Maintain a positive attitude with all stakeholders.
