Qualifications

• Experience working in a retail environment, preferably footwear and athletic apparel.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling store assets and executing action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Assume store responsibilities in the Store Manager's absence and supervise staff accordingly.
• Participate in personnel recruiting, training, and evaluation under Store Manager guidance.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers across all departments.
• Ensure accurate inventory, analyze sales statistics, and manage expenses to promote profitability.
• Deliver extraordinary customer service and promote merchandise and services.
