Gap Lynnfield is hiring an Assistant Manager to set the store tone and lead a high‑performing team. You will drive profitable sales growth through customer-centric operations, merchandising, and talent development, while collaborating with leadership to execute the store strategy.

You’ll coach Leads and Brand Associates to deliver a best-in-class experience, manage daily store activities, and ensure omni‑channel alignment.

Qualifications

• Current or former retail employee with 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Good communicator capable of engaging customers and team to meet goals.
• Passionate about retail and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Driven by metrics to achieve business results.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and profitability through customer focus, product operations, merchandising and talent development.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associates and Experts.
• Own assigned area of responsibility and implement action plans to maximize efficiencies.
• Perform Service Leader duties and ensure SOPs are followed.
• Represent the brand and understand the competitive retail landscape.
