Primary duties include coaching staff, managing inventory, partnering on events, and delivering personalized service. This role requires a flexible schedule, strong communication, and a passion for fashion and empowering customers.

Qualifications

• Three years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Lift/carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and develop a team to deliver a customer-centered experience.
