Job summary

Windsor Fashions is seeking an Assistant Manager in Burlington, MA to lead the store team, drive sales and uphold our Oasis-style shopping experience. You will partner with the Store Manager to manage payroll, shrink, and expenses while coaching a fashion-loving team.

With at least one year in retail management, you communicate clearly, motivate up to 25 associates, and maintain Windsor’s merchandising standards. A high school diploma is required, and a flexible schedule is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail management experience.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent communication with customers and staff.
• Flexible schedule including opening/closing.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and store productivity.
• Hire, train and coach team of up to 25.
• Own daily operations on the sales floor.
• Uphold Windsor policies and procedures.
