Qualifications

• 2+ years of management/supervisory experience in retail
• Proven experience in a retail/customer service environment
• Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising techniques
• Ability to train, coach, develop and motivate employees
• Demonstrate effective interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in merchandising, operations, sales and customer service
• Ensure high customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products and teaming up with co-workers
• Partner with Store Manager to establish and communicate critical metrics and expectations
• Assist in hiring, training and development of store employees
• Maintain awareness of product knowledge and current products
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment
• Maintain a safe and secure store environment for employees and customers
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager
