Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team at Fash Out Of Chicago. You will assist the Store Manager in supervising store operations, recruiting, training, and sales, driving productivity, and ensuring a great in-store experience for customers.

Responsibilities include coaching Sales Associates, identifying high performers for growth, participating in interviews, and executing clear action plans to optimize results and operations. Prior sales management experience is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Education: High School or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years of relevant job experience.
• Proficient with iPad and registers.
• Strong customer service skills required.
• Must meet availability including nights, weekends, and non-business hours.
