• Participate in hiring, training, and evaluating staff.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers.
• Monitor inventory, sales, and expenses for profitability.
• Direct staff to meet departmental standards and tasks.
• Maintain inventory movement and customer trend communication.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and adhere to manuals.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by the store.
