Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help with store operations, customer service, and team development.

You will assist with day-to-day store activities, train associates, ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment, and help manage inventory, payroll, and cash handling while delivering excellent service to customers. This position requires a hands-on leader who can motivate a diverse team, uphold company policies, and contribute to performance metrics and loss

Qualifications

• Must read and explain operational directives (e.g., merchandise schematics).
• Retail store/leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical store duties.
