The role partners with the Store/Multi Store Manager to oversee daily sales, merchandising, talent acquisition, and customer experiences while upholding brand standards and the company's total rewards approach.

You will spend most of the time on the sales floor, develop associates, and maintain relationships with customers while delivering compelling

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of experience in store operations or retail.
• Demonstrates expertise in every aspect of store operation.
• Detail-oriented with strong execution of operational components.
• Uses critical thinking to deliver absolute execution of store operations.

Responsibilities

• Delivers sales plan and develops associates.
• Uses reporting tools to identify gaps and capitalize on successes.
• Coaches associates to support growth and maintain motivation.
• Acquires talent through interviewing in partnership with the Store Manager.
• Spends most of the time on the sales floor.
• Maintains customer relationships and brand standards.
• Ensures execution of operational policies and procedures.
• Communicates brand strategy and promotions clearly to the team.
