The role emphasizes talent acquisition, developing associates, maintaining brand standards and optimizing store performance. Previous leadership in retail, strong communication and a passion for fashion eyewear are ideal.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ years of experience in retail or store operations.
• Demonstrates expertise in all aspects of store operation.
• Detail-oriented with strong execution.
• Uses critical thinking to implement operational components.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes all company tools to deliver sales plan, develop associates and achieve company objectives.
• Identifies performance gaps and leverages data to improve results.
• Coaches associates to support growth and maintain an inspiring work environment.
• Recruits and interviews talent in partnership with the Store/Multi Store Manager.
• Pursues self-development in an individual development plan.
• Spends majority of time on the sales floor.
• Maintains customer relationships using company tools.
• Maintains brand standards and promotional execution.
• Keeps store merchandising up-to-date and aligned with product knowledge.
• Ensures adherence to operational policies and procedures.
