Gillman Home Center is seeking an Assistant Manager to deliver excellent customer service and lead store and lumber yard operations. Reports to the Connersville location and supports the Store Manager with training, scheduling, and daily supervision.

The role emphasizes maintaining safety standards, driving inventory control, and ensuring top-notch merchandising. Availability for varied shifts, including weekends, is required.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of Retail Experience preferred.
• Experience supervising employees a plus.
• Management experience a plus.

Mansioni

• Supervise store and yard staff.
• Assist Store Manager in daily operations and training.
• Maintain inventory and merchandising to maximize turns and profits.
• Handle administrative tasks: reports, payroll, scheduling, deposits.
• Support loss prevention efforts and safety training.
