Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead store operations, assist customers, and drive sales. You will support the Store Manager, coach staff, and ensure a high standard of customer service on every shift.

Expect to work weekends and holidays with open availability, partake in scheduling, and handle cash deposits. Growth opportunities exist toward Store Manager and beyond within a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Open availability is required.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.
• Prior retail supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations.
• Run the register and assist customers quickly and accurately.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell products.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Act as manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and merchandising.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store including restrooms and pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling and store deposits.
