Job summary

DTLR, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in the Atlantic City area to support the Store Manager in daily operations, drive sales, manage inventory, and ensure exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will help recruit and train staff, monitor budgets, enforce company policies, and coordinate schedules across multiple stores within the district. Eligible candidates will have at least one year of retail management experience and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of one year in retail management.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to manage expenses, inventory, and store performance.
• Willing to travel between multiple stores in the district.
