Responsibilities

• Monitor store performance including sales and KPIs in partnership with Store Leadership.
• Lead in partnership with Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Support staffing, training, and HR discussions with supervisor and HR.
• Drive in-store profitability and elevate client experience as a brand ambassador.
