Job summary

Revolve Group seeks an Assistant Store Manager for The Grove LA to support the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving performance. The role focuses on fashion, client connections, and talent development, acting as a brand ambassador for our customers and internal teams.

You will lead in partnership with Store Leadership, oversee day-to-day store performance, and help ensure strong year-over-year growth while maintaining brand standards and inventory controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years Retail Store Management Experience required.
• Proven experience in working within a sales driven environment.
• Customer centric - build brand loyalty for Revolve & FWRD.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross functional team environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with diverse personalities.
• Ability to cascade objectives and inspire the team.
• Ability to execute operationally and maximize store results.
• Ability to stand, lift on the sales floor and in BOH.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess store performance, including sales and profitability.
• Experience with clienteling and 1x1 shopping.
• Support in executing sales strategies to increase store profitability.
• Drive business opportunities and long-term solutions.
• Ensure accurate inventory controls and operational execution.
• Address customer complaints in partnership with leadership.
• Lead elevated client experiences and brand ambassador presence.
• Collaborate on staffing and hiring with Store Leadership.
• Provide feedback on product and sales performance to influence allocations.
