Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; ability to read and explain directives.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred.
• Lifting up to 55 lbs; frequent walking/standing.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment is required.
• Exceptional customer service, organizational, and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Organize merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Support loss prevention and process directives and communications.
• Maintain a neat, well-stocked sales floor and stockroom to company standards.
• Protect and secure store assets, including store cash.
• Help supervise and develop Store Associates.
• Maintain a safe and respectful shopping environment.
