Summary
The Assistant Manager (AM) assists the General Manager (GM) in leading and coaching team members to maximize the guest experience. The AM is accountable for the store's operation in the GM’s absence. The Assistant Managers are our pool of future senior operations leaders.

When You Work

• Day Shift: 6 AM - 2 PM (1st Shift)
• Evening Shift: 2 PM - 10 PM (2nd Shift)
• Overnight Shift: 10 PM - 6 AM (3rd Shift)
• Weekend Availability Expected
• Overtime Availability (Optional)

What We Need

• 18+ years of age.
• 2+ years’ experience in retail, food service, or hospitality industries.
• Ability to serve guests, communicate effectively, and handle cash transactions.
• Accountability, reliability, and punctuality.
• Sufficient visual ability to check IDs and process credit cards.
• Ability to lift/stock inventory up to 50 pounds.

What You Will Be Doing

• Supervising store operations in the absence of the GM.
• Ensuring excellent service for guests.
• Serving as a brand ambassador.
• Developing passion for the brand and culture.
• Training and leading team members.
• Providing coaching on store culture and values.
• Maintaining product standards and inventory levels.
• Upholding store image standards.
• Handling cash and performing math functions accurately.
• Keeping the store clean and organized.
• Participating in stocking and marketing efforts.
• Guiding customers and memorizing product locations.
• Assisting in hiring activities.
• Participating in branding and recruitment marketing.
• Reporting to work on time and ready for scheduled shifts.

Things We’d Prefer

• Associate’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
• Experience in C-Store or food service environments.
• Supervisory experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Long-term career interest in retail.
• Bilingual skills encouraged.
