We are seeking a passionate and driven Assistant Store Manager for our Fabletics Retail Store at Mall at Green Hills in Nashville, TN.

This position will report to the Store Manager.

How you’ll play to Win

  1. Embody our culture and values through a high degree of self-accountability acting as a model for all team members both internally and externally.
  2. Support the Store Manager and peer Supervisors in training store Associates and preparing them to actively engage our customers in new and meaningful ways.
  3. Drive customer engagement inside and outside of the store environment, including store events, promotions, and community projects.
  4. Support and manage the store’s daily activities, ensuring alignment with Company and Store goals.
  5. Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
  6. Maintain store merchandising guidelines that make the store easy to shop and add value to the customer’s purchase journey.
  7. Provide and nourish feedback from all levels of the organization to continuously improve the business.
  8. Strive for excellence in meeting and exceeding store objectives related to Performance, Productivity, Efficiency, and Quality standards.
  9. Serve as a resource for product knowledge to customers and team members.
  10. Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
  11. Ensure all safety and security standards are maintained, and communicate potential issues.
  12. Assist with unpacking boxes for inventory as required. Boxes can weigh 10-30 lbs.

What you bring to the team

  1. Minimum of 1-year management experience within a retail environment; prior retail management experience is a plus.
  2. Knowledge of active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities.
  3. Ability to interact socially with customers, employees, and business partners inside and outside of the store environment.
  4. Ability to work with large teams.
  5. Excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Comfort dealing with ambiguity and taking initiative when opportunities arise.
  7. Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
  8. Self-motivated, good communicator, and able to bring out the best in others.
  9. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work under pressure.
  10. Flexibility in work hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  11. This role involves constant movement, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, standing for at least two hours, and may include stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
  12. Applicants must be 18 years or older.

Availability

  • Willing to work onsite with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
