Job summary

Licking/Knox Goodwill Industries, Inc. seeks an Assistant Manager at our Johnstown, Ohio location. The role requires leadership in a retail setting, overseeing staff and daily operations while delivering excellent customer service.

The position is full-time (36-40 hours/week) with pay of $14.72 per hour, benefits including medical, vision, dental, vacation, and life insurance. Flexibility to work varied shifts and supervise a team is essential.

Requirements:

• Must have open availability
• Have previous management experience
• Stand and walk for extended periods of time as well as bend, twist, stoop and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen (includes THC)
• Pass a pre-employment background check
