Job summary

Licking/Knox Goodwill Industries, Inc. is hiring a Retail Manager in Training for multiple full-time roles across Licking County, Ohio. The position offers regular full-time hours at stores with pay ranges of $15.45 to $16.39 per hour, plus benefits.

Travel to other Licking/Knox locations is required, and a pre-employment drug screen and background check will be conducted. Responsibilities include supervising staff, training new employees, maintaining product displays, and ensuring quality

Pay: $15.45-$16.39 per hr.

Schedule: Depends on the need of the store you are working in.

Availability: Must have open availability

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license
• Travel to other Licking/Knox Goodwill retail locations within Licking County
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen (includes THC)
• Pass a pre-employment background check
• Learn to fill Propane tanks for customers
• Have the ability to stand and walk for long periods of time as well as bend, twist, squat, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds
