Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory or management experience in retail, specialty food, bakery, café, or upscale hospitality.
• Experience with merchandising, inventory management, and sales performance.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a strong attention to detail.
• Flexible availability, including mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• NYC Food Protection Certificate preferred, or willingness to obtain.

• Oversee daily retail operations, ensuring product quality, freshness, and attractive merchandising.
