European Wax Center in Las Vegas, NV seeks an Assistant Center Manager to lead a fast-paced team and elevate the guest experience. You will support the Center Manager in delivering a memorable visit and driving financial results, while upholding our core values.

This full-time role offers a base pay with bonuses and unlimited commission potential, along with best-in-class training and opportunities for career advancement within a growing beauty franchise.

Qualifications

• 40 hours per week, including mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Positive, personable, and detail-oriented.
• Sales background strongly preferred.
• Experience coaching, developing, and motivating those around you.
• Ability to manage productivity and sales to meet goals.
• Knowledge of basic Microsoft programs and email etiquette.
