Wax Center Partners is hiring a Guest Service Associate to leverage your sales talent in a fast-paced beauty environment. You will assess guest needs, promote product features and Wax Pass benefits, and drive sales to meet daily, monthly, and yearly goals.

Requirements

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• A reliable go-getter with an understanding of the sales process
• A passion for sales excellence through education; sales experience is strongly preferred but not required. If you are outgoing and personable, we have an amazing training program!
• Ability to responsibly open and close the center; this is a key holder position!
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Someone outgoing, self-sufficient, and motivated
