Job summary

Wax Center Partners, operating as European Wax Center, is seeking an Assistant Center Manager to help lead the team and ensure every guest has a memorable experience while driving financial results.

The role is full-time with a base rate, bonus, and unlimited commission potential. You will support the Center Manager, coach staff, and contribute to a positive, customer-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work 40 hours per week, including morning, evening, and weekends.
• Sales background is strongly preferred.
• Experience coaching, developing, and motivating those around you.
• Ability to manage productivity and sales to ensure goals are achieved.
• Knowledge of basic Microsoft programs and email etiquette.
• Experience in providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
