Job summary

Five Below is hiring a Loss Prevention Associate to help protect assets and ensure a safe shopping environment. You will conduct safety checks, monitor entrances, and partner with store leadership to enforce policies while delivering courteous customer service.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of loss prevention or retail security experience, are able to stand 8 hours, lift 20 lbs, work nights and weekends, and communicate effectively with all levels of staff.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of loss prevention or retail security experience.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of retail operations and security procedures.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to shortage reduction and investigations.
• Monitor entrance/exit and assist with safety inspections.
• Collaborate with store management to enforce policies.
