Job summary

Sephora Milford, CT is seeking an Asset Protection Partner to safeguard assets and foster a safe, inclusive environment for clients and staff. You will collaborate with store leaders to implement safety strategies, monitor activity, and handle incidents with professionalism and care.

In this role you will lead trainings, maintain a strong store presence, and work with leadership to reduce shrink while ensuring excellent customer service and safety on the floor.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention.
• Understanding of retail operations, shrink, and safety.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety & awareness.
• Lead/join meetings and training to increase asset protection and reinforce safety protocols.
• Maintain strong store presence and deter theft on the selling floor.
• Partner with leadership to align shrink reduction and safety initiatives.
• Use CCTV and reporting tools to identify and investigate losses.
• De-escalate situations professionally and ensure client experience.
• Complete audits and prepare reports for asset protection efforts.
• Adhere to asset protection policies and licensing requirements.
