Sephora is seeking an Asset Protection Partner in Danbury, CT to safeguard assets and uphold a safe, inclusive store environment. You will work with store leadership and the District Asset Protection Manager to implement safety and shrink strategies, monitor activity, and handle incidents professionally.

Responsibilities emphasize on-floor presence (75–80%), collaboration with leadership, incident response, audits, and compliance.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention.
• Understanding of retail operations, shrink, and safety.
• Ability to build trust and collaborate across teams.
• Conflict de-escalation skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety & awareness and lead training.
• Maintain strong store presence on the selling floor.
• Partner with leadership to reduce shrink and improve safety.
• Monitor CCTV and use reporting tools to identify losses.
• De-escalate incidents professionally, prioritizing safety.
• Complete audits and prepare reports on asset protection.
