Qualifications

• 1–2 years in retail operations, asset protection, or loss prevention.
• Understanding of shrink and safety practices.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and de-escalate conflicts.
• Comfortable with CCTV and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety and awareness; lead meetings and training.
• Deter theft; spend 75-80% on the selling floor to support service and safety.
• Partner with leadership; align shrink reduction and safety initiatives.
• Monitor and investigate losses using CCTV and reporting tools.
• De-escalate incidents professionally, prioritizing safety and client experience.
• Complete audits and prepare asset protection reports.
• Adhere to asset protection policies and licensing requirements.
• Support multiple locations as needed.
• Represent Sephora; testify in court if required.
