Job summary

Sephora in Concord, CA is seeking an Asset Protection Partner to safeguard store assets and ensure a safe, inclusive environment for clients and employees. You will work with store leaders and the District Asset Protection Manager to implement safety and shrink strategies, monitor activity, and handle incidents with professionalism.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, with 1–2 years in retail or loss prevention, comfortable with CCTV, and ready to collaborate across teams.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in retail operations or loss prevention.
• Understanding of shrink, safety and store operations.
• Ability to build trust and collaborate across teams.
• Experience with CCTV and incident reporting.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety and awareness through meetings and training.
• Maintain strong store presence by spending 75-80% on the selling floor.
• Partner with store leadership to reduce shrink and enhance safety.
• Monitor CCTV, investigate losses, and report findings.
• Respond to incidents with professionalism and prioritize safety.
• Execute audits and reporting for asset protection.
• Comply with asset protection policies and licensing.
• Support multiple locations as needed.
• Represent Sephora when required in court.
