Fred Meyer, Inc. is hiring for a Loss Prevention role in Oregon City. The associate will prevent and reduce loss due to bad debt, cash over/short and civil liabilities, and support safety and policy compliance across store operations.

The position requires knowledge of company policies, a criminal justice background, and retail security or law enforcement experience. Candidates should be able to pass a drug test and work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.

Qualificações

• Bachelors degree in criminal justice or equivalent.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Detect, deter and/or detain external theft suspects.
• Reduce customer and associate dishonesty by preventing theft.
• Monitor large shrink areas in stores.
• Report incidents to the asset protection manager.
• Provide training and communication to support relations with customers and associates.
• Promote and follow company initiatives.
• Maintain flexibility to work any shift, overtime and weekends.
