Qualifications

• Knowledge of Fred Meyer policies, procedures and organizational structure.
• Retail security experience.
• Law enforcement experience.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent education/experience.
• Minimum 18 years of age (21 in Alaska).
• Ability to pass a drug test.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Protect assets and reduce shrink across store operations.
• Detain and deter external theft as appropriate.
• Report incidents to asset protection leaders.
• Provide training and support to staff on loss prevention.
• Maintain compliance with corporate policies and safety standards.
