Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Wicklander-Zulawski certified (or within 3 months of hire).
• OSHA VPP experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead AP/EHS programs to improve safety, shrink, and inventory metrics.
• Perform audits and investigations related to fraud/policy abuse.
• Communicate loss and safety trends to store operators.
• Partner with Risk and Claims to address trends and reduce hazards.
• Utilize Secure Store reporting to identify losses or exposure.
