Job summary

MHW Search in partnership with a national Retail Investment firm seeks a Regional Property Manager based in Dallas to oversee expansion, operations, and asset-level value creation across the Southeast and East markets.

This role combines owner mindset with hands-on management, coordinating leasing, budgeting, and capital projects while collaborating with HQ and local vendors.

You will be the first retail employee in Dallas, establishing the on-site presence and guiding future team growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or Accounting.
• 7+ years of retail property management with asset-level responsibility.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of GAAP, leasing, contracts and related terminology.
• Ability to work independently in a satellite office.
• Proficiency with Excel, email and internet research.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute annual business plans for assigned assets, monitor results.
• Support hold, sell, and refinance analysis with valuation support and comps.
• Monitor rollover exposure, tenant performance, and identify value-add opportunities.
• Underwrite and track value-add capital projects and returns.
• Support leasing with on-site intelligence and deal economics evaluation.
• Prepare asset-level reporting and updates to ownership.
• Represent ownership on ground across Texas and surrounding markets.
• Lead recruitment and onboarding for Dallas-based team members.
